- Fill the included measuring cup, leveling off any excess powder with the blade of a washed and sterilized knife.
- Pour the indicated quantity of measuring spoons into the bottle (see indicative feeding table).
- Close and shake the bottle.
- Before giving it to the child, check the temperature of the milk on the back of your hand. The temperature of the milk should not exceed 37/40°C.
- After use, put the measuring cup back in the box, making sure it is clean and dry.
- The quantities are indicative and may vary at the discretion of the Pediatrician depending on the age and appetite of the child. A level measuring cup of AR 1 contains 4.5 g corresponding to 22.6 kcal.
